Liverpool and Real Madrid are in the UEFA Champions League finals. Even though there are more than three weeks until the game, we decided to make an early preview of the same and cover some of the main details of this event. This won’t be a preview like we usually do, but much more informal.
First of all, the game venue is Stade de France in Paris, which as a city hosted five UCL finals up to this point. As for this stadium, it saw two title games before this one, in 2000 when Real Madrid beat Valencia, 3-0, and six years later once Ronaldinho and his Barca beat Arsenal, 2-1.
What can we say about these two teams that you don’t know already ? Liverpool, on one side, has maybe the best attack in the last 20 years, better even than Neymar, Messi and Suarez from their glory days in Barca. On the other hand, Real’s Karim Benzema is playing one of the best individual seasons for a striker ever. His goal/game ratio is 1, and in the Champions League even higher.

It is no wonder why many see Benzema as the main favorite for taking the Golden Ball at the end of the campaign. And to be honest, the Frenchman deserved it. Individually, he was the best player in Europe throughout the entire season. If it weren’t for his lethal skills, we are more than sure that Los Blancos wouldn’t be here.
On the other side, Liverpool’s forward has been demolishing anything that stands in their way. With the addition of Luis Diaz, Klopp has the most powerful offensive line in the world. Colombian immediately impacted the game, starting to score goals right away.
A game-changing impact ✨

Needless to say that besides him, there are Mane, Salah, Firmino, Jota, etc.
Meanwhile, Virgil Van Dijk is in the back, sorting things out and holding the defense together. He is the No.1 guy in the team, the leader and the pivotal figure that starts all the attacks and stops the rivals’ pushes.
His equivalent on the other side is Luka Modric. The Croatian midfield, at the age of 36 is still playing like a youngster. The refine technique this guy has made him one of the best players in the history of Real Madrid. And that is something that isn’t easy to achieve at all.
Modric plays in both ways, but the way he organizes the defense is a symphony for all the football fans. His outside passes that land on Benzema’s boot are already memorable.
What can we say about Klopp and Ancelotti? They are two different types of managers, two different mentalities, and playstyles.
While on one side, the German wants to dictate the tempo, Ancelotti uses his opponent’s power and strength to his advantage, shifting the momentum and the swing on the field, thus shocking the rivals. Just see what they did to poor Manchester City.

Indeed, this will be a fun game to watch.
Both teams like to play open and score and allow goals. Take a look at their results, and everything will be clear. Therefore, our initial pick for this meeting would be over 2.5 scores. We have a feeling that it will be the same in three weeks’ time.
