What a madness in the NBA. And the free agency hasn’t even started yet officially. Brooklyn Nets are becoming legit title contenders, with Kevin Durant, Kyrie Irving, and DeAndre Jordan landing at the Barclays Center.
In the meantime, Damian Lillard agreed with his Portland Trail Blazers to stay in Oregon for the next four seasons, accepting a super-max contract extension.
According to Adrian Wojnarowski, the best insider in the NBA, these three guys have agreed their terms with the franchise from Brooklyn and will pen lucrative deals as soon as free agency begins.

Per Woj, Durant will sign a four-year deal worth $164 million, Irving the same length for $141 million, while DeAndre’s contract is still not revealed.
KD declined his player option worth $31.5 million, passing a possible chance to get a five-year $221 million deal with the Golden State Warriors. He picked the Nets over LA Clippers and the New York Knicks, which, in the end, was a bit surprising a little bit.
What will be problematic for the Nets is the fact that Durant might appear on the court in the late part of the next season, or even skip the entire campaign because of his ruptured Achilles.
Kyrie’s episode in Boston ended as a huge bust. And the way it started, with all the promises, ambitions and talent among the Celtics, some thought that there would be a new dynasty coming up in Massachusets. Uncle Drew often spoke that he would stay in Boston for as long as it takes to bring a title to TD Garden again. At the end of the 2018 season, he declared his loyalty towards the Celtics, and promised to sign a new contract.
But, somewhere along the way, all that disappeared. The youngsters in the team didn’t want him; they often got into open disputes, and after this campaign concluded it was time for Kyrie to leave.
As @wojespn previously reported, Kyrie was expected to sign with Brooklyn. Kevin Durant and DeAndre Jordan round out the start of a new era in Brooklyn. https://t.co/FbOLsT4XTA

Regarding Jordan, his stay in Dallas was interrupted after Mavs traded him in NY as a part of Kristaps Porzigis’ deal. He will no doubt be a superb addition to this team, knowing his potentials and abilities.
Meanwhile, Portland did its part of the job regarding Damian Lillard. Dame signed a four-year super-max extension worth $196 million. This is something which was expected, as Lillard established himself as the ultimate leader of the Trail Blazers franchise.

His wish for staying in Oregon was known for a long time, and on several occasions, the explosive guard stated that he wants to become the best player who ever wore Portland’s jersey.
According to the latest info, Khris Middleton will stay in Milwaukee. The no.22 in the Bucks will sign a 5-year deal, which will bring him $178 million. Another news from Wisconsin appeared slightly before this one. Brook Lopez is also staying at Fiserv Forum in the next four years. His contract is worth $52 million.
