The Sacramento Kings got blown into pieces in the last 15 minutes of the match against the Phoenix Suns. Luke Walton’s team suffered a massive defeat in Arizona, 124-95, although having an 11-point midway during the second period.
With 3:33 left in the third period, Bogdan Bogdanovic scored a two-pointer, to bring the Kings at 73-75. From that moment on up until the final buzzer, his team allowed 49 points. In general, Sacramento was catastrophic during the entire second half. They managed to score just 36 points, while on the other side, the Suns dropped 70.

And nothing indicated that the guests are going to have that big of a meltdown. Furthermore, as the game developed, it seemed that the home team might experience another disappointment at home. When Harrison Barnes made a driving lineup with 4:26 until the halftime, the Kings were up 50-39. Slowly the Suns started clawing their way back into the game, and point by point, they reached the guests.

The MVP of the last FIBA World Cup had 11 points and assists each with 6 boards and 4 steals, showing that he is going to be a fantastic addition to the Suns’ team this year.
Kelly Oubre Jr. had 21 points and 9 boards.
For the Kings, expect for Buddy Hield, who is now happy with his new extension, there weren’t many players who were willing to step up. Hield had 28 points, 10 for 19 from the field, and 6 threes in 12 attempts.
Marvin Bagley III had 14 and 10 boards, while Harison Barnes posted 14. Bogdan Bogdanovic scored just 2 points, having an awful shooting performance 1 of 10 from the field in 22 minutes.
Up next, the Kings are facing the Trail Blazers who lost to Nuggets tonight. The game will be played on Friday night. Afterward, they clash with Utah Jazz on the road this Saturday.
Suns meet the Nuggets on the road and then come back to Arizona to host Kawhi Leonard and the LA Clippers.
