After winning the Roland Garros and becoming the all-time leader with 23 Grand Slam titles, Novak Djokovic is the biggest favorite for winning the Wimbledon tournament.
According to the latest odds, Novak is -130 to win the trophy at the All England Club and add one more title to his fantastic collection. Djokovic, 36, from Serbia, is one of the biggest athletes in history, and his status was officially confirmed this Sunday in Paris when he broke the tie with Rafael Nadal winning the Roland Garros title.
He goes to London as a massive favorite, sitting ahead of Carlos Alcaraz, who is +500 to lift his second Grand Slam trophy. The two met in the semis in Paris, and Djokovic won in a dominant fashion, 3-1, but we must add that Alcaraz had health issues in the last two sets.
#Djokovic: If I am winning Slams, why even thinking about ending my career? I look forward to Wimbledon already.

He was too aggressive against Novak, putting all the power in his shots, which eventually came back against him. It isn’t the first time to see Novak using his experience to break his rivals, who don’t have much energy management as Djokovic when playing in best of five.
Novak won the past four tournaments in London and has six of the previous eight titles. Overall, Djokovic won the honors seven times and is one trophy away from Roger Federer, who lifted the silverware eight times.
Apart from Alcaraz, the one guy who might endanger Novak is the Russian player Daniil Medvedev. The Russian had an excellent start to the year but was eliminated in the early stages back in Paris, which undoubtedly presented a massive setback for Daniil. He knows how to beat Novak, as he clashed with the Serb in the 2021 US Open Finals, winning his first and only Grand Slam title. Medvedev to win in London is +750.
Jannik Sinner and Matteo Berrettini are behind these three players and have more or less similar odds, which vary from +1000 to +1300, depending on the bookmaker. Sinner is on the rise, and his extremely powerful serve and hard hits are very dangerous on the grass. The same applies to Berrettini, who already played in the Wimbledon finals against Novak two years ago and dropped an early lead. These two guys are in the shadows and don’t have any pressure, which could be beneficial in the end.

Opposite to them, Alexander Zverev is always the focus of the media, and so far, the German of Russian origins has difficulties battling with pressure and all that comes with it. Once the most talented and promising player in the world, he has issues with consistency and mental power, so it’s no wonder seeing very different odds on his victory in London. The bookies go from +1300 to +2500, showing that they, too, aren’t sure about Zverev’s potential.
Let’s not forget Nick Kyrgios, who reached the finals last year, as he sits at +1500. The Aussie likes to play in big tournaments and might finally make something notable. Other players who deserve to be mentioned are Holger Rune, +2100, Stefanos Tsitsipas, +2200, and Taylor Fritz, +2900.
